Product Description
Featured in the 1001 whiskies you must try before you die book
"Fresh pineapple, orange, lemon, vanilla cream and butterscotch candy give way to cashew, linseed oil and buttered toast. Pleasantly quiet, nutty, sweet, faintly astringent, which also contains malty cereal notes."
Featured in Ian Buxton's 101 whiskies to try before you die book
Nose: Slightly aromatic and floral with tropical fruit (especially pineapple) and some oily citrus notes, subtle green herbal notes and wine gums.
Palate: Green apples, candied citrus, dusting of cocoa powder, toasted vanilla, sweet spice, cookie dough and grassy herbal body.
Finish: Spicy citrus, powdered ginger, zingy candied peel, chocolate lime sweets and cocoa powder.
A very clean and grassy Irish malt from the Cooley distillery, refreshing and easy drinking.
