Tasting Notes:
Nose: Juicy and vibrant golden sultana and raisin, waxy and ripe orchard fruits, honeycomb/beeswax, satsuma jelly and a distinct aroma of a Tokaji like pudding wine.
Palate: Waxy orchard fruits, honey glazed pastries, toffee-caramel wafers, some sweet spice and more juicy dries fruit, honey and nut cornflakes and golden syrup.
Finish: Apricot glaze, honeycomb, quince jelly, sweet grapes and plenty of ripe orchard fruits and runny honey.
A pudding wine of a malt, lots of juicy orchard fruits on show here.
