Product Description
A blend of whiskies sourced from Indiana and Tennesse, produced with Bourbon mashbills. This is a big, rich and sweet whiskey with toffee apple, spice and butter on the nose. Yeasty and bready on the palate with a combination of sweet spice, caramel and tobacco. The finish is all chocolate and apple crumble with touches of menthol and spice. One of the whiskies was matured in rejuvinated / re-charred barrels, hence why this is labelled as a whiskey not a Bourbon.
