Product Description

We really really love Rosebank here at HTFW, and so do Gordon and Macphail because they always seem to pull the best casks out of the woodwork and bottle them at exactly the right time.

Nose: Herb gardens, waxy orchard fruits, pear frangipane, apricot glazed tarte tatin, fresh barley, sugared almonds, mixed peel and lemon thyme curd.

Palate: Curd like citrus body with waxy orchard fruits and more apricot glaze and lemon thyme. Marzipan, vanilla sponge cake and apple bon bons with late sweet spice.

Finish: Vermouth like, citrus and herbal notes, waxy orchard fruits, vanilla, pick and mix spice, custard powder.

An elegant Lowland single malt that as i write this is about to be re-opened after 27 years of  closure and seemingly gone forever, happy days indeed! but in the meantime enjoy this Indie release of a classic fresh and grassy Lowland while we wait.
