"Grassy notes and floral hints of pear drops, creme caramel, soft fruits, vanilla and fudge."
Aged in three hand selected types of cask -Bourbon, refill and re-charred and non -chill filtered.
Nose: French toast, ripe white stoned orchard fruit, stock syrup, caramelised tarte tatin, blossom honey, waxy orange, floral spice.
Palate: Juicy orchard fruits, caramelised peaches, chewy toffee body, heather honey, pears in syrup, spicy butterscotch.
Finish: A big and juicy caramelised fruit and spice combination, vanilla fudge, rum bhaba and aromatic syrup.
A much improved distillery with the most diverse range of any distillery going from this unpeated fruit bomb to the heavily peated Inchmoan.
