Product Description
An unusual Ledaig from Chapter 7 here. A lightly peated single cask 24 year old has been bottled from a single ex-Bourbon cask. This is unpeated Tobermory has been matured in a Bourbon cask that previously held heavily peated Ledaig, resulting in a fascinating 'cross-over' style of whisky from the Mull distillery!
Tasting Notes
Nose - Maritime and mineral, vanilla, cotton candy, subtle herbal notes, apricot, oak and pears.
Palate - Oily, wet pebbles sprinkled with vanilla infused sugar, smoke dries sultanas and citrus
Finish - Salty Cappucino oak, pears and apricots.
