Palate: Candied lemons, white pepper on seaweed, green bell peppers, leathery vanilla, coastal peat, lime pickle, salted green apple, tarry/white ash peat smoke.
Finish: More green peppers with salty citrus (especially lime) dry vanilla oak, vegetal peat tar smoke, long and chilli like spice.
