Official Tasting Notes:
Nose - Fresh sweet sherry which is both youthful and complex at the same time. In the glass, it devel- ops aromas of Scottish fudge and butterscotch.
Palate - Lots of spice along with Oloroso soaked raisins and rich dark chocolate.
Finish - Perfect combination of sherry, spice and alcohol which results in an extremely long, beauti- ful finish. A wonderful example of Glenfarclas at 50 years old.
