Product Description
The Filey Bay 'Flagship' release from the Yorkshire based, Spirit of Yorkshire distillery.
Distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2020 this is the essence of Filey Bay's distillery character, made from field to bottle using 100% homegrown barley on England's Yorkshire Coast.
Nose: Pleasantly sweet and orchard fruit heavy
Palate: Light and creamy with flavours of citrus, caramel, honey and vanilla
Finish: Lingering toffee apple and oak
