Daddy Rack is made from locally-farmed corn and filtered using the Lincoln County process resulting in a delightful corn led Tennessee whiskey.
Nose:
Maple, honey, light oak and caramelised banana.
Palate:
Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, roasted apple and banana fruit leads onto vanilla and a hint of nutmeg.
Finish:
Rich and warm, salted popcorn.
