Product Description
We think this is one of the best from the Flora and Fauna range and quite an early release from 2004.
Nose: roast beef and honey mustard, savoury Marmite like notes, forest floor mushrooms, nut roast, waxy citrus, quince jelly.
Palate: Savoury egg custard or tofu with cold cuts of meat with horseradish like heat, nut burgers and peppery oak.
Finish: Gammon crisps, cold roast beef, nutty oak, wasabi, waxy quince.
A solid and savoury coastal Highland malt. Like the Highland wild cat on the label, this whisky is rarely seen in the wild!
