Colour: Light golden colour.
Nose: Smoky and reasonably pungent without being overbearing, with some gun-flint
balancing a nice seaweed marine influence. Quite concentrated
Palate: Round, full, with some peppery spice and gentle smoke with saltiness and seaweed. Nicely balanced.
Finish: Dry, spicy finish.
