Product Description
Colour: Warming sunset
Nose: The combination of ex-bourbon hogshead maturation and the naturally hefty spirit character combine on the nose to bring diacetyl aromas of pan frying butter, a salt caramel sauce and milk bottle sweets.
Palate: As to be expected with this wormtub distilled spirit, the body is thick and oily meaning the mellow notes of vanilla and caramel panna cotta coats the tongue. Fresh wood spices and ginger also appear on the unctuous palate.
Finish: The flavours, whilst mellow linger for some time thanks to the heavy body of the spirit.
