Four Roses

One of the world's most popular Bourbons.  Originally trademarked in 1888 by Paul Jones Jr, the brand was bought by Frankfort Distilling Company in 1922 (one of a few companies who were able to distill during prohibition).  They were in turn purchased by Seagram, who discontinued the brand IN America and focused solely on export markets.  Bought by the Japanese company Kirin in 2002, renaming the Distillery the Four Roses Distillery.  Four Roses has been firmly re-established in the US with a 7 strong core range.
