Product Description

This is an independent 25 Year Old Single Cask Linkwood bottled by The Maltman from just one Ex-Bourbon cask that yielded just 288 bottles.

Nose:Lemon mousse, shortbread fresh from the oven, vanilla sugar, meringue nests, lemon thyme, pear drops.

Palate: Waxy lemon, shortbread, fragrant thyme honey, vanillin oak, sugared almonds, cheesecake mix, oily barley sugar, wine gums, gingerspice, ripe melon.

Finish: Fragrant and waxy citrus with notes of pear drops, spicy vanilla oak, sugared almonds, lemon thyme, curd like mouthfeel, melon, ginger and white grapes.

One of our favourite Speyside malts here at HTFW and a very elegant example displaying classic distillery character.
