Product Description

Grain Whiskies are becoming the in thing just lately and we are proud to offer this superb Carsebridge Single Cask 33 Year Old bottled by the Independent Scottish company, Grainman (Check out their Single Cask Malt offerings named Maltman). Carsebridge Distillery was demolished in 1992 meaning bottlings such as this which only managed to yield 252 form its Bourbon barrel are incredibly rare.

Nose: Massive delivery of fresh grain and buttery corn, vanilla biscuit dough, orange, mango, caramel, golden syrup and musky aromatic oak.

Palate: Buttery toffee popcorn, butterscotch, honeycomb, chocolate, maple syrup, clove honey, french toast & marzipan.

Finish: Fat and buttery corn and breakfast pancakes with syrup, vanillin oak, aromatic spices, tinned peaches in toffee sauce.

Great old single grain whisky and such an underated style of whisky, you could almost pass this off as Bourbon such is the influence of the Ex-Bourbon casks.
