Product Description

An interesting blend from Whyte and Mackay that is a blend of 25 single malts from Speyside & 6 grain whiskies aged for 5-8 years and married for 1 year together in Scotland and 1 year in Ex-Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.

Nose: Old fashioned toffee, vanilla fudge, juicy sultana, buttery honey flapjacks, dusting of cocoa powder, ripe figs and mellow oak.

Palate: A sweet and juicy spiced sherry delivery, lots of raisin and sultana, sherry soaked trifle sponge, toasted nuts, aromatic winter spices, golden syrup and creamy oak.

Finish: Soft, juicy and mellow with that raisin& sultana, sherry trifle sponge theme lasting into a nutty finish.

The sort of experiment in blending that could have gone horribly wrong but i am happy to report that this is actually very moreish/Dalmore esque treat of a blend.
