Knob Creek

Named after the town where Abraham Lincoln’s father, Thomas, owned a farm and worked at the local distillery. Now produced at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky and made with high rye content in the mash bill for a drier and spicier style of Bourbon and bottled at 100 Proof (50% ABV) as are the straight Rye and small batch Bourbon versions.
